From a 1990s Chloé collection, this skirt is made from black and brown silk organza. It has a plaid pattern with an ornamental print overlay throughout, a beautiful ruffle/ruching effect for volume, and a sheer transparent quality that adds a level of uniqueness. It has a side zipper and a metal closure. It has very minimal signs of vintage use.
