Into Archive accepts returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that due to the curated nature of our collection, certain vintage and archive pieces may be designated as final sale.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Await Authorization

  Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours to ensure the items are eligible for return and issue a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the provided return label, and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our specialists will inspect the garment's condition; upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
