Vicky Tiel 1980s White Polka Dot Chiffon Dress

From the 1980s, Vicky Tiel collection, this dress is crafted out of Silk chiffon fabric in ivory white. It features a fitted inner white base with a white sheer fabric on top printed with a black polka dot pattern throughout. The dress has an upper bodice with a plunging inner neckline and a V-cut open back. The fitted waist is accentuated with a gathered silk down over the top of the hips, along with a large bow detail.
